We try to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible and make it simple to return any unwanted items.
Returns
Unused Items
If the seal on the item is unbroken, and the item is in a condition suitable for resale, you may return unused items for a full refund minus our cost of shipping and handling.
Returns are refunded proportionally based on the number of boxes returned against the price paid.
Please contact our customer service team using the contact form on this website within 60 days of receiving your order. They will give you the appropriate address to return your item(s).
Note that you should use a courier service that requires a signature. We cannot refund your shipping or return cost, or for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.

Dispatch Information
All deliveries to the USA and Canada are shipped from our distribution center in New Jersey, USA.
Deliveries to all countries other than the USA and Canada are shipped from our distribution center in the UK.
Most orders placed before 12 noon EST will be dispatched on the day of receipt. If you place your order after 12 noon EST it will not be dispatched until the following day. The shipping method you select in checkout takes account of this and will give you an accurate estimate of delivery ETA.
The estimated delivery times are provided to us by shipping companies. Whilst they deliver within those time frames the vast majority of the time, some parcels get delayed. Bear this in mind when ordering. You will be sent a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, please use that to track the progress of your order.

Deliveries to USA
Standard Shipping
Standard orders are sent via USPS First Class, the estimates delivery time for shipments to mainland USA is 3-4 working days. If you are a resident of Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska you may experience deliveries exceeding the 4 day estimate.
Faster Shipping
If you purchase the Male Vitality Package you will receive a faster shipping service. This will either be USPS Priority or UPS (depending on location and whether your address is a PO Box or not). The estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Deliveries to Canada
USPS International
Canadian customers will have their orders fulfilled by USPS International. The estimated delivery time for this service is 5-10 working days.
Deliveries to rest of world
Royal Mail & TrakPak
Deliveries outside of the EU, UK, USA and Canada are handled by Royal Mail and TrakPak. Depending on location, deliveries can take up to 22 working days.
Deliveries to UK & EU
Royal Mail & TrakPak
Deliveries within the EU are handled by Royal Mail and TrakPak. Deliveries to the UK have an estimated delivery time of 2 working days for the standard option and 1 working day for Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked.
Deliveries within the EU but outside the UK use TrakPak, and have an estimated delivery time of 3-6 working days.
For all EU deliveries the cutoff time is 2pm GMT. Orders placed after 2pm GMT will be dispatched the following day.
